    Not enough staff for customers especially at front counter. Staff are nice but some seem overworked.

    I have shopped at Coles for years but am getting very disenchanted with Coles Caversham. The items that I buy are continuing to disappear off the shelves. Yet some of these items are still available at other Coles stores. The proximity of the store is convenient, and parking is excellent. But whether this will be enough for me to remain a loyal Coles shopper is questionable. Woolies is further away with a horror of car parking, but the range of items is far better. Coles should really be listening to its customers and not the management, who are so out of the grass roots of actual shopping and only considering their shareholders.
